According to the ARC Foundation for Cancer Research, there are around 60,000 new cases of breast cancer every year. So, it's important to be able to diagnose it early enough to start treatment as soon as possible.

 

Pink October is there to raise awareness of the need to get tested, and to remind people every year that a simple gesture can save your life.

 

Palpation is the first step in the diagnostic process. It can be done by a professional, someone close to you or yourself, to identify the first signs.

 

It is then important to have mammography examinations every 2 years from the age of 50. These regular checks will enable affected patients to detect cancer at the earliest stage. The earlier it is diagnosed; the lighter will be the treatment.

 

K-Factory wants to raise awareness among its customers by reminding them that good health is vital and that it is important to maintain it. Through our action, we want to support all those women who have been or are being affected by this disease.
